    Straight Up Building was founded on July 1st, 2010 by its director Rhys Jackson, who brings a wealth of knowledge and industry experience from many years in and around the building scene. On completion of high school Rhys went on to Massey University to complete a Degree in Exercise Science, while completing the Degree Rhys found a passion for building and started his apprenticeship in carpentry. It was here Rhys mastered the tools of the trade, gaining his Certificate in Carpentry.
